ZeN, one of the admins at TheRegulator.net and the site Ed Hale of Plains Radio has threatened to ask Leo Donofrio to “sue”, has posted a response to Ed’s claims on the number of listeners of his show.

I realize that you think this is the case, but that’s not really true at all.

If you click view / page source on your browser and search the code for value=”http://38.96.148.95:6346” that is your broadcast stream address.

This is a protocol (http://) IP address (38.96.148.95) and port number (6346) that could be plugged into any number of applications like winamp or a podcasting application.

As far as the data we are referencing for the users and bandwidth, this is generated by your own shoutcast host (serverroom). The serverroom account number was provided by you on a graph that you posted on this forum when you made the original announcement of 21 Million listeners.

Anyway, here is the data so you can see for yourself.

The data is divided into two separate charts (Traffic and Listeners). Traffic is measured by bits per second. One Kilobit equals 1024 bits, one Megabit equals 1024 Kilobits.

Your audio stream is encoded at a bitrate of 32kbps (or 32,000 bits per second). This data is available on your shows directory listing on Shoutcast.

The M in the traffic graph represents Megabits of traffic.

I’ll address your false understanding of technology tomorrow, okay, Ed?

You are quickly turning into our newest “fatty tuna douche“.  You are getting  to be really fun!

After following Ed Hale of Plains Radio for more than six months now, I’ve certainly learned one thing about him; he is gullible.  His epic fail of getting punked was by “Chief Editor Korir” of API (africanpress.wordpress.com) and the alleged Michelle Obama interview tape.  He actually had a phone conversation with Korir and made arragements  to be the exclusive source here in the United States to handle the release of the tape.  Then, Ed allegedly sent an email wanting to auction the tape news organizations with the bidding starting at $2 million.

So fun!

But anyway, the point is, Ed Hale is willing to spread any smear or outright lie (Larry Sinclair excluded) about Barack Obama if it fits his agenda of keeping Obama and his wife (“the gorilla”) out of the White House.

Case in point from tonight:

This evening, Ed Hale decided to tell his listeners of several late-night calls he received Friday Night/Saturday Morning.   The calls were regarding Leo Donofrio’s Supreme Court case pending for conference this Friday.

I do not know about any of you, but I’d say the first call is definitely someone pranking Ed, for whatever reason.  Maybe just for fun.  Someone bought a pre-paid cellular and decided to push Ed a bit.

The caller told Ed that he worked for the Bush White House and that he had been informed that the Supreme Court planned to ‘stay the electoral college’, ‘hold hearings on Leo’s case’, and they felt that 7-8 of the justices were going to rule in favor of Leo’s motion.  He also told Ed that the justices had asked President Bush to contact the Governors to have the National Guard on stand-by because they felt there would be rioting.

Now, to Ed’s credit, he said he doesn’t know if it is true or false.  But really, to my ears,  the caller was spewing most bullshit I’ve heard in a long time and Ed’s simply too much of a blinded bigot to see it through all the fear he harbors for Barack Obama.

Leo Donofrio’s case comes down to one thing:  What did the framers intend by the phrase “Natural Born Citizen” in Article II of the Constitution? I’m not sure as they did not define it.

What I am pretty sure of is this…

They would not have expected  either Hillary Rodham Clinton or Barack Hussein Obama to have been front-runners for the Presidency.   I guess that’s a wonderful thing about living in the 21st century and not the 16th.

Leo has become a darling guest on Ed Hale’s Plains Radio show, as the dead-enders grasp to their last hope of keeping Barack Obama from the White House.  Ed has been very pleased with the increased popularity the ‘Obama hate-fest’ has brought.   In fact, last night’s show saw Ed Hale’s BIGGEST listenership ever!  Over 400 people tuned in!

Sure, it’s a far cry from the 21.5 million listeners Ed has claimed in the past, but Ed lies a lot.

As predicted, last night’s special show with Ed Hale and Leo Donofrio on Plains Radio turned out to be no earth shattering news at all.  It was simply more of the same wishful thinking and speculation on what the U.S. Supreme Court will do.
