Hello cpabooks,
The “best Constitutional legal minds’, as stated in your linked article, are only speculating on ‘what if he was not born in the USA’.
The facts are, the State of Hawaii stands behind Obama being born there.
It certainly may be fascinating to dream of some grand plot to install a non-qualified person to the highest office, but common sense should be applied here. Do you think the Clinton’s didn’t examine this issue? Nor the GOP and McCain camps? Do you think the Supreme Court justices didn’t think about this as they watched Obama’s historic candidate run through the primaries?
This was all lost on everyone except a handful of lawyers and concerned citizens who see it, or want to see, a different reality?
